In Banys Nous street in Ciutat Vella
(the district including the ancient Barcelona), we have two apartments to rent, recently
renewed. The biggest one (A) admits three persons,
sleeping two in
double bed and one in single bed, in separated passthrough rooms. The smallest (B) admits two
persons sleeping in double bed.
In the historical center of the city (see situation map), at 125 m from Plaça de Sant Jaume, with the Ajuntament (City Council) and the Generalitat (Regional Government) buildings, at 175 m from La Rambla, at 200 m from the Cathedral, and at 500 m from the harbour and from Plaça Catalunya, in a pedestrian zone.
(In the pedestrian zone motor traffic is banned usually from 11:00 to 15:00 and
from 17:00 to 20:00 and eventually when public street events take place on near Plaça
Sant Jaume)
They are located in a building of the second half of XIX century, on the "3er piso 2a puerta". No lift available. Given the date of construction, the "piso Principal" (main floor) exists, so that "3er piso" lies on ground 4, 92 steps up from the ground level.
Electric heating and TV set are available. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven and washing+drying machine. Apartment A has also a dishwasher. Bathrooms with shower cabin. No phone available, please take your mobile with you.

and the number of persons. We will answer in any case, and in the event
the apartment is available we will include the necessary information and payment
instructions.
If you are arriving or leaving carrying your luggage, you must take into account the pedestrian zone time schedule (11:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 20:00). Out of that schedule, see the map with the nearest access points by motor vehicle marked in red.
If you travel with your own car, see on next link the map with the nearest surveilled parking sites marked in red. Overnight tariffs (21:00 to 9:00) are around 11€ y 15€, 24h tariffs are between 18€ and 21€ (december 2002)
